For more than fifty years the Sanchéz family has been involved in the Coffee roasting business in Costa Rica. During these many years, we have accumulated a vast experience in the true art of roasting Costa Rican coffee.
This experience, combined with unsurpassed knowledge of coffee, has given us the tools to accurately select the fines of Costa Rican arabican variety coffee beans.
Using only these beans, we have produced the much sought-after Sánchez Gran Reserva. An absolutely wonderful coffee in its own, it is rapidly becoming a coffee of choice by coffee connoisseurs throughout the coffee-drinking world.
The Sánchez Gran Reserva beans are slowly roasted, in small batches, by our most experienced roast master in order to insure achieving the optimun in flavor. The roasted beans are then packaged in our state-of-the-art packaging machines and monitored continually to guarantee absolute freshness for the consumer.
Each year, we restrict the production of the Sánchez Gran Reserva to a limited quantity for world-wide consumption. Each bag is numbered and "signed" by the roast-master to insture its authenticity.
